The challenge.
Consignaction operates a distributed network of deposit locations across Quebec. Updating point-of-sale content was done manually, one site at a time, making it difficult to maintain a consistent brand experience at scale, with each location operating independently.
The solution.
XAV deployed a centralized digital signage platform enabling remote content management across the entire network. Location managers can update their displays autonomously within a controlled framework that ensures brand consistency at every site.
