The challenge.
Avenir Global, a North American communications firm, needed to standardize meeting room technology across offices in Canada and the United States, while accommodating very different environments. Each location had its own constraints. Ranging from large executive boardrooms to smaller hybrid collaboration spaces, making consistency difficult to achieve. Beyond the technical differences, the real challenge was ensuring that every room delivered the same user experience, regardless of location, while remaining simple enough for teams to use without friction. Managing performance, support, and updates across a distributed footprint added another layer of complexity.
The solution.
XAV deployed a phased, market-by-market rollout, starting in Halifax, then expanding across key Canadian offices including Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec City, with continued support extending into U.S. locations. Each space was built on a standardized AV framework, adapted to the room’s use while maintaining a consistent experience everywhere. This approach enabled scalable deployment without adding complexity for users. A North America-wide support structure, backed by a pan-Canadian SLA, ensures proactive maintenance, consistent performance, and a single point of accountability across all locations. The result: a unified meeting environment that works the same way everywhere, no curveballs.
