The challenge.
The client needed to equip multiple meeting spaces with a flexible and cost-conscious approach, while ensuring each room could support a variety of use cases. From internal meetings to client presentations, hybrid calls, and in-person collaboration, the environments had to adapt without adding complexity for users. Balancing budget constraints with performance and usability made it critical to adopt a consistent approach that could scale across different room types.
The solution.
XAV implemented a standardized AV approach across all rooms, built around Microsoft Teams and BYOD compatibility. Each space was designed to support multiple use cases seamlessly, without requiring users to adapt to different setups from one room to another. This ensured a simple, intuitive experience while maintaining consistency, scalability, and long-term flexibility across the entire environment.
