Pierre-Alexandre has spent his career in boardrooms, not the good kind. He founded XAV Solution after watching, one too many times, how broken AV technology destroys otherwise well-prepared meetings. His obsession: building systems so reliable that nobody thinks about them.
Nick Maluorni
Nick is the bridge between what XAV builds and the organizations that need it. He works with IT directors, operations managers, and facility planners to translate technical complexity into business decisions. His rule: if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.
Maude Major
Maude runs the machine that makes the promise real. From project scheduling to deployment quality control, she ensures that what gets sold actually gets delivered, on time, exactly as specified. She believes that operational excellence is the most underrated form of competitive advantage.
